Operakällaren’s Korvmoj is coming to visit.

A sausage in a bun, topped with a whole lobster tail, Béarnaise sauce, and a generous serving of caviar.

Behind the grill, you'll find none other than Operakällaren’s Culinary Director and Head Chef Emanuel Tärnqvist standing side by side with Game Master Carl Dreyer, ready to serve what may well be this summer’s most unnecessarily luxurious hot dog.
The grills fire up at around 4:00 PM and we'll keep going until the sausages, lobsters, or common sense run out.
No reservations. No fuss. Just a hot dog nobody asked for, but everyone needs.
