Our friend Martin Bäckius, better known as Broth Boy, is a master of bold flavours, umami and unexpected combinations. He's currently making waves with his new cookbook and has also appeared on Swedish television, including TV4 and SVT.

We're so happy to welcome him back for another special guest appearance! Together with our cocktail team at Stjärtilleriet, he's created a unique menu where food and cocktails come together to complement and elevate each other.
